Protection of Minors
If ph93 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be immediately deleted and the account permanently closed. If you believe a minor has registered on ph93 using falsified information, please report this to ph93 support immediately and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians who become aware that a minor in their care has accessed ph93 should contact ph93 support immediately at support [at] ph93.org. ph93 takes underage access extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any reasonable request to address it.
International Data Transfers

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and by displaying a prominent notice on the ph93 Platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the updated Policy takes effect.
