ph93 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph93," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ph93 online gaming platform accessible at ph93.org, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a ph93 account for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on ph93 through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and receives bonuses.
• "Real Money" refers to funds denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) deposited into or withdrawn from a ph93 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional balance credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements, distinct from Real Money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money bet volume that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable as Real Money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by ph93 as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing ph93's gaming operations.
• "Gaming Products" refers collectively to all games available on the ph93 Platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, and wheel games.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date these Terms took effect. Prior Terms were superseded on this date.

By completing the ph93 account registration process, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the ph93 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. Your acceptance is binding from the moment registration is completed.

Continued use of the ph93 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms, regardless of whether you have explicitly re-confirmed your agreement. ph93 will notify registered players of material changes via the contact information on file.

If you are accessing ph93 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that they meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a ph93 Account. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. ph93 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or above.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph93 is operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and is primarily intended for Filipino players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing ph93 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing ph93 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws.

3.3 Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Players who are legally incapacitated, subject to guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register or use ph93.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have self-excluded from ph93 or from gambling platforms generally under PAGCOR's self-exclusion program are not eligible to register new accounts or use existing accounts during the exclusion period. Circumventing self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) ph93 Account. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where ph93 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be terminated and any Real Money balances and Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

4.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. ph93 may verify the information you provide at any time and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccuracies are found.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph93 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued by ph93. You agree to notify ph93 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. ph93 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

4.4 Non-Transferability

ph93 Accounts, balances, and entitlements are personal to the registered player and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

ph93 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all players. KYC procedures may be initiated at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal request, or at any time ph93 deems it necessary to verify a player's identity.

KYC verification may require you to provide: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID); (b) proof of address; (c) source of funds information for high-value depositors; and (d) selfie or live verification as directed by ph93's compliance team.

Accounts that have not completed required KYC verification may have withdrawal functions suspended until verification is completed to ph93's satisfaction. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a ph93 request may result in account suspension. ph93 processes and stores KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ph93 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific terms are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is ₱100.

6.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your ph93 Account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. ph93 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network downtime, or events outside ph93's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the player's verified legal name. ph93 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals under ₱50,000. Withdrawals above this threshold or involving bank transfers may take up to three (3) business hours. ph93 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Currency

All Real Money balances, bets, and payouts on ph93 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of transaction. ph93 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits.

6.5 Unclaimed Balances

ph93 reserves the right to review accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph93 will make reasonable attempts to contact the player before any action is taken on inactive account balances. Applicable handling fees or balance forfeitures for dormant accounts are disclosed in ph93's Dormant Account Policy, available from support upon request.

All Gaming Products on ph93 are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters relating to that game's operation.

ph93's live dealer games use real physical equipment — genuine playing cards, physical roulette wheels, and physical dice — operated by human dealers in a professional studio. Outcomes are therefore not computer-generated but arise from real physical action. Live game results are final once the round is officially closed by the dealer.

ph93's slot and RNG-based games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available from the game information panel within the ph93 platform.

All bets placed on ph93 are final once confirmed. Once a round has commenced and the betting window has closed, bet amounts cannot be modified or withdrawn. It is the player's responsibility to verify bet amounts before confirming any wager.

ph93 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility conditions, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements, which are published at the time of each promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money balance and are not directly withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings are converted to withdrawable Real Money.
• ph93 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Live baccarat, live roulette, and certain other games may contribute at less than 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at any given time, unless otherwise specified by ph93.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred or shared.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

The ph93 Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are specified in the Welcome Bonus promotion terms published on the ph93 Promotions page at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus may be claimed once per player. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.

8.3 Withdrawal of Winnings Before Wagering Requirements

If you request a withdrawal of Real Money funds while Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements are not yet met, ph93 reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds before processing the withdrawal of the remaining Real Money balance.

8.4 Abuse of Promotions

ph93 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of bonus terms, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph93 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting any material fact to ph93.
• Money Laundering: Using ph93 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to conceal the illegal origin of those funds. ph93 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines).
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an advantage over ph93 or other players in any game.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions in ph93's system. Any gains resulting from exploitation may be reversed.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to use or access your ph93 Account, including sharing login credentials with family members or friends.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider for legitimate ph93 transactions. ph93 reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts and terminate accounts where chargebacks are initiated.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph93 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of any improperly obtained funds, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

ph93 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in the Philippines. Real-money gaming involves financial risk. ph93 provides tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration limits that automatically log out the account after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss thresholds that suspend gaming access once reached until the next limit period begins.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing or at risk of problem gambling may request self-exclusion from ph93, ranging from a short cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to ph93 support and will be actioned within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net gaming activity.

ph93 is committed to never targeting players who have self-excluded with promotional communications. Self-excluded players who attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts will have those accounts terminated immediately.

All content on the ph93 Platform — including but not limited to the ph93 brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of ph93 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph93 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute ph93 content; (b) reverse-engineer any ph93 software; (c) create derivative works based on ph93 content; or (d) use ph93's brand name or trademarks without prior written consent.

Game titles available on ph93, including JILI Games products, are licensed to ph93 by their respective developers and remain the intellectual property of those third-party developers. ph93 grants no rights in those third-party properties to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph93's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the ph93 Platform shall not exceed the value of the funds held in the player's ph93 Account at the time the claim arose.

ph93 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from events outside ph93's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, regulatory actions, or force majeure events; or (d) losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable security recommendations.

ph93 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. ph93 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph93's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

ph93 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph93 is required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; (c) ph93 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) the player fails to complete required KYC verification; or (e) ph93 decides to discontinue offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

Players may voluntarily close their ph93 Account at any time by contacting ph93 support. Upon voluntary closure of an account in good standing (no pending investigations, no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, no active withdrawal holds), ph93 will return the Real Money balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, ph93 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money and Bonus Funds — and to offset any amounts owed by the player to ph93 before returning any remaining balance, if any.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that might otherwise require application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph93 arising from or relating to these Terms, your ph93 Account, or any gaming transaction, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph93's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a dispute by contacting ph93 support and describing the issue clearly. ph93 will respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph93's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution channels, as ph93 operates under PAGCOR oversight. Disputes not resolved through regulatory processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph93 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect player rights or obligations, ph93 will endeavor to provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by: (a) publishing the updated Terms on ph93.org/terms-conditions with a clearly marked effective date; and (b) notifying registered players via their registered mobile number or platform messaging.

Your continued use of the ph93 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using ph93 and may request account closure before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms that governs any particular transaction or event is the version in effect at the time that transaction or event occurred.
